Motorcyclist in custody after leading mid-Missouri authorities on chase

The Fulton Police Department and the Missouri State High Patrol arrested a man after he lead them on a chase Sunday night.

Authorities told ABC 17 News they tried to pull over 31-year-old Brandon Harrison of Fulton just before 9:47 p.m. for speeding.

Harrison apparently refused to stop for Fulton police and lead officers on a chase out of the city.

Harrison eventually crashed his motorcycle near State Route F and Route KK.

Harrison wasn’t hurt and was taken into custody.

Harrison was arrested on suspicion of DWI-drugs, unlawful use of a weapon, no operator’s license, speeding 70 mph in a 30 mph speed zone, C and I involving an accident, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, failure to yield to emergency vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Harrison was booked into the Callaway County Jail with his bond set at $7,383.

ABC 17 News checked casenet Monday morning. The records did not indicate Harrison was formally charged.
