Woman arrested for using drugs while driving, child in car
A Columbia woman is now facing possible charges for allegedly driving while using drugs and endangering the welfare of a child.
Authorities arrested Shameka Windsor Thursday night during a traffic stop.
The deputy who pulled her over apparently smelled marijuana and noticed there were two small children in the back of the car.
Deputies said Windsor admitted to smoking, and turned over a marijuana pipe, a small baggie of pot, and pills she did not have a prescription to.
Windsor has not yet been charged.
