Authorities respond to shots fired in Mexico
Mexico Public Safety is investigating a shots fired incident Wednesday after a gunshot was heard Tuesday night in the 1400 block of North Clark St.
Authorities found a shell casing in the area, but there were no injuries or damage to property.
However, after talking to neighbors in the area, investigators learned there was a fight involving gunshots in the 1300 block of N. Olive at around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
A house was damaged in that incident, but the residents knew some of the people involved and didn’t give authorities any information.
