UM Board of Curators continue presidential search

The University of Missouri Board of Curators are meeting Wednesday afternoon to discuss the process of finding a new University system president.

They are expected to discuss the timeline for the search and hope to announce candidates by this summer. Aside from finding a new president for the university, another goal of the search is to do it in a way that will regain trust in the university that may have been lost in the last few months.

The interim university system president, Michael Middleton, took office after former president Tim Wolfe stepped down amidst racial tensions and protests on campus.
