Tracking an end to this warmer weather

chance of storms
KMIZ

TUESDAY: It'll stay warm this afternoon. Highs will top out in the low 90's with a steady southerly breeze throughout the day. A front looming to our north--keeping the breeze around--will start to move through this afternoon. We might have just enough to kick up a few showers and storms this evening. Anytime between 5-6 PM and midnight.

TONIGHT: More importantly, that front is pushing in some more cool air to enjoy. Overnight lows will tumble to about 60 tonight.

EXTENDED: With a perfect setup in place, Wednesday and Thursday look to be marvelous! Highs will only top out in the low 80's with no humidity to worry about. High pressure slides off to our east on Friday, bringing back some warm weather. Highs will warm into the upper 80's and low 90's just in time for the weekend. Another front could help us out towards Sunday, bringing some slight relief from the reminder that we are in summer still. Details are still a little shaky at this point, but doesn't look to bring rain to the area, just some uncertainty in how hot we'll be Sunday into Monday of next week.
