Three people arrested for drugs in Boone County

The Boone County Sheriff’s Department arrested three people Wednesday after pulling a car over around 7 p.m. on Highway PP.

The deputy searched the car and reportedly found more than 4 pounds of marijuana and more than $7,000.

Authorities say 37-year-old Aaron Sobelman from Columbia, 20-year-old Christopher Marney from Boonville and 21-year-old Destiny Thomas from Sturgeon were all taken into custody.
