Mizzou wrestling recaps its gold medal trip to Russia

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

After about 29 hours of travel, the Mizzou wrestling team is back in the United States with two gold medals in tow. MU accounted for half of the U.S.'s points in the third-place finish.

Freshmen Rocky Elam and Keegan O'Toole returned stateside as world champions, after a dominant performance on Wednesday.

"I've always visualized, for myself, hoisting the American flag above my head," Elam said.
