KMIZ

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (AP) — A 24-year-old St. Joseph man has been charged with second-degree murder after a body was found inside a home. Tucker J. Autenrieth was charged Wednesday in the death of 37-year-old Santos Jackson. St. Joseph police found Jackson’s body Wednesday at a home that is listed as Autenrieth’s address. Court documents say Autenrieth told police Jackson entered the house Monday with a gun and the two men fought. He said he shot Jackson in the head while he tried to crawl toward a gun. Court documents say Autenrieth wrapped Jackson’s body in plastic and tried to clean up the scene.
