Holts Summit aldermen table zoning discussion
The Holts Summit Board of Aldermen tabled a vote to re-zone an acre of land near the Lake Park subdivision.
The Maco Company wants to build a low income development, but residents say it will lower their home values.
The property has to be zoned for C-2 (merchant commercial district) but it is currently R-S (single family district).
The board will likely vote at their next meeting in October.
