Three people hurt after man runs a red light
ABC 17 News confirmed three people were hurt Monday after a crash east of Columbia.
Troopers say David Rubinsky, 33, from Pitsfield, Ill., ran a red light in Kingdom City near the I-70, Highway 54 interchange north of Fulton. His car hit a Ford Freestar on the side as it was turning left on a steady green traffic signal.
Three passengers in the van were transported to area hospitals after suffering moderate to minor injuries. The Highway Patrols says everyone was wearing a seat belt.
