FOX 22 Premiere Night

The Networks of Mid-Missouri will be hosting a contest the night of the premiere of two new FOX comedies, The Grinder and Grandfathered, at Cheerleader Pub & Grill (located at 1400 Cinnamon Hill Ln. Columbia, MO 65201) September 29th, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. All entrants must obtain a free ticket from one of the local sponsors (listed below), which will allow the entrant to participate in a scavenger hunt held the night of the premiere. The one lucky entrant to find the hidden item will have the chance to draw from 100 envelopes. Only one of the 100 envelopes will contain the Grand Prize: a certificate awarding a 2015 Dodge Challenger from Callaway Chrysler (809 S. Westminster Ave., Fulton, MO 65251). Tiebreaker if necessary will be based on simple coin toss. All entrants will receive door prizes containing up to, but not necessarily including FOX promotional items and/or coupons and/or gift certificates to local sponsors.

Official Rules:

No purchase necessary. Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to participate in contest, and must be able to show a valid driver’s license or picture ID. This contest is void where prohibited. Entrants must obtain a free ticket from one of the local sponsors between August 28th and September 29th.

Winners:

Winner will be determined the night of the premiere by scavenger hunt. The entrant who finds the hidden item will immediately draw one envelope from 100 envelopes. Only one of the 100 envelopes will contain a certificate announcing that they are the winner of the car.

Prizes:

Grand Prize: Dodge Challenger from Callaway Chrysler with value up to $35,000.

Additional Prizes: All entrants will receive door prizes containing up to, but not necessarily including FOX promotional items and/or coupons and/or gift certificates to local sponsors.

The Networks of Mid-Missouri reserves the right to restrict the local winner to one whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of this affiliate’s’ office.

Employees of The Networks of Mid-Missouri, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, participating sponsors, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest. Entrants further grant to this affiliate the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest. This affiliate reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

Winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

Winners are responsible for paying all applicable local, state and federal taxes. For tax reporting purposes, winners will be required to provide legal name, address and social security number or forfeit prize. NPG of Missouri LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. All prizes are non-refundable or exchangeable and cash substitutions are not permitted. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities. The Networks of Mid-Missouri reserves the right to change these rules at any time.
