Fulton police make overnight drug arrest

Fulton police made an early morning drug arrest Monday.

At around 12:30 a.m., officers did a drug-related search at a home in the 100 block of East Sixth Street.

Police said they found marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Officers arrested John Mertens, 19, for possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
