One person taken to hospital after crash

One person was hurt after a crash near Highway 50 in Jefferson City Wednesday night.

Police say it happened just after 8 p.m. at Eastland Drive and the Highway 50 Eastbound ramps.

Investigators say a car made a left turn from Eastland Drive toward the entrance ramp.

It crossed in front of another car driven by Caden Wilkerson, who was unable to stop in time.

Wilkerson was taken to the hospital for injuries.
