One transported to hospital after UTV crash in Callaway County

CALLAWAY, Mo. (KMIZ)

One woman was transported to a local hospital following a UTV crash early Saturday morning.

According to a crash report, the UTV traveled off the left side of the road before overcorrecting, ultimately leading to the vehicle overturning.

The driver, 21-year-old Cody Watson, did not suffer any injuries.

The passenger, 21-year-old Miranda Pfaff suffered serious injuries according to Missouri State Highway Patrol and was transported by ambulance to University Hospital.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol was assisted by Callaway County Sheriff's Department and Callaway Fire.
