Man charged for driving into store, attempting to steal ATM in Maries Co.

A Mid-Missouri man faces charges after he allegedly drove his truck into a Maries Co. convenient store and attempted to steal an ATM.

Richard Sullivan was arrested Monday after being identified on surveillance video at the Crossroads Convenience Store in Brinktown.

Sullivan is charged in Maries County with 2nd degree burglary and 1st degree property damage.

The Maries County Sheriff said charges could be filed in Phelps and Miller counties as well, because he apparently broke into businesses there at around the same time.
