Former party bus owner in court for passing bad checks
A former CoMO Entertainment owner appeared in court Monday to be sentenced for passing bad checks.
Ben Bradley was sentenced to 5 years probation and is forbidden from writing any checks.
Judge Kevin Crane told Bradley, “Don’t screw this up.”
ABC 17 News first reported on Bradley in October 2014 when customers of his now defunct Columbia Party Bus company claimed they were ripped off.
Bradley is still facing child endangerment charges for allegedly serving alcohol to underage teens while he managed the Whiskey Wild Saloon.
ABC 17 News has the probable cause statement, which said Bradley picked up two 15-year-olds from a home in Harrisburg without permission from their parents.
