CoMo Entertainment owner Ben Bradley charged for serving alcohol to teens
CoMo Entertainment owner Ben Bradley is set to be in court Monday for sentencing for a felony passing bad checks conviction. But it won’t be the last time he’s in court.
On Friday, ABC 17 News learned Bradley has been charged with two more felonies for endangering the welfare of a child.
ABC 17 News first reported about Ben Bradley in October of last year when customers of his now defunct Columbia Party Bus company claimed they were ripped off.
The latest felony charges came down in early July, but they stem back to when he was running the Whiskey Wild Saloon.
According to the probable cause statement, in July of last year, Bradley picked up two 15 year olds from a home in Harrisburg without permission from their parents.
He then reportedly drove them to the Whiskey Wild Saloon where he served them alcohol.
Court documents said the two victims became drunk, one to the point where she had lapses of memory from the night.
The documents went on to say the police investigation led them to evidence that this was not the first time Bradley served alcohol to minors.
Former employees of Bradley said he would often allow minors into the bar.
A warrant for Bradley’s arrest was issued on July 6, exactly one year to the date court documents allege the incident happened.
Bradley’s attorney filed a letter of correspondence Friday, according to records.
In the court documents, police said they consider Bradley a danger to anyone underage that he comes into contact with. He’s also not allowed to have contact with the victims.
