Man accused of rape, sexual assault back in Boone Co. court
A northwest Missouri man accused of rape and sexual assault is back in Boone Co. court this week.
On Monday, Brian Adkison had a pre-trial hearing at the Boone Co. courthouse. His trial is scheduled to start on Wednesday.
A judge declared a mistrial in the case back in January after the jury couldn’t reach a verdict.
There have also been two mistrials in northwest Missouri for a kidnapping charge he faces.
