Tracking a cool and pleasant start to the week

Tonight: Throughout the overnight hours, temperatures will continue to fall to a low of 63 putting us five degrees below the average low in early August.

Tomorrow: Winds continue out of the northeast keeping us just above 80 for Monday's high. We will see plenty of sunshine with mostly clear skies. Make sure to have sunscreen on hand tomorrow as the UV index will be very high leading to burn times of less than 15 minutes.

Extended: Partly cloudy skies filter into the area on Tuesday lasting until Thursday night as the high continues to climb back into the mid-'80s. Thursday night into Friday there are small chances of very isolated showers, but most of Central Missouri will stay dry. Friday skies return to mostly cloudy with highs climbing into the upper-'80s and lowering-;90s by this up[coming weekend.
