Woman arrested following Boone Co. car chase, crash

A woman was arrested Monday after a car chase in Boone County.

35-year-old Lacey Ford was arrested after her car crashed at Route OO and Hecht Rd. south of Hallsville Monday afternoon before 5:00.

The chase started on Prathersville Road when Boone Co. deputies tried pulling Ford over.

Ford received minor injuries in the crash, and there was damage to a utility pole and fence.

She also faces charges for having drugs and driving drunk.
