Russellville woman charged with 4th DWI

A Russellville woman was charged Monday with her fourth DWI within the last ten years.

27-year-old Heidi Dooley, formerly Heidi Dickenson, was arrested on May 7 for DWI, assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, and driving with a revoked license.

Court documents said officers saw Dooley’s car crashed up against a tree just before 2:00 a.m. May 7 in the 2400 block of Lorenzo Greene Drive in Jefferson City.

Dooley had a revoked license at the time, but there was no ignition interlock device on the car.

Officers noted Dooley was visibly intoxicated by the smell of alcohol on her breath, watery eyes, slurred speech, and unsteady gait.

Dooley was belligerent toward officers and refused to cooperate during her arrest.

Court documents said she spit, head butted, and kicked at officers, and refused a breathalyzer test.

Dooley was charged in Miller County in April for DWI, assault on a highway worker, and driving with a suspended license, making this her 4th DWI and 3rd driving while revoked charge in the last decade.
