Crews cut driver from concrete truck
Emergency crews responded to a rollover crash involving a concrete truck Monday morning southwest of Columbia.
The Boone County and Columbia fire departments both responded to Old Mill Creek Road off Nifong Boulevard near Scott Boulevard around 8 a.m.
The concrete truck went off the road, hitting a power pole and overturning.
Firefighters had to cut the driver out of the truck. The road was briefly closed following the wreck.
The cause of the crash or extent of the driver’s injuries remains unclear.
