Man arrested after 6th DWI in Fulton

A Mid-Missouri man is still in jail after getting arrested for his 6th DWI.

Fulton Police found 50-year-old William Fisher passed out behind the wheel around 5:30 Tuesday morning.

His car was still in gear.

Officials said Fisher is a chronic DWI offender who wasn’t supposed to get his license back until 2018.
