Woman arrested after stabbing man, hitting him with perfume bottle
A Fayette woman was arrested Thursday following a fight with a man in the 7000 block of Buckingham Square in Columbia.
Shayana Mcquitty was arguing with the man when she grabbed a knife during the struggle and stabbed him in the leg.
Mcquitty and the man were in a relationship at the time of the fight.
Mcquitty also hit the man with a perfume multiple times in the back of the head.
The man was checked out by medical professionals but was not taken to a hospital.
Mcquitty was arrested for 2nd degree domestic assault.
