Fulton man arrested for burglary, assault
A Fulton man has been arrested in connection with a burglary and assault early Monday.
Shortly after midnight, officers responded to the 800 block of Bluff Street for reports of an assault. They say Nonley Maxwell broke into a home there and assaulted two people inside.
Maxwell, 27, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, assault, domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child. His bond was set at $36,000.
