Driver arrested after MU student hit and killed in Texas

ABC 17 News has learned a suspect has been arrested for the hit-and-run death of an MU student in Dallas over the weekend.

WFAA in Dallas is reporting Jonathan Redmond, 31, turned himself in Monday night for the deadly crash.

Paul Miltenberger, 20, was back home in Texas visiting for Easter when he was hit crossing a six-lane street in northeast Dallas early Sunday.

Officials say Redmond called police to report his involvement.
