Miller Co. authorities investigating burglary at Osage National Golf Course

Miller County authorities are investigating a burglary that happened last Thursday at Osage National Golf Course near Lake Ozark.

Several items were reported stolen from a storage shed at the golf course, including lawn and maintenance equipment, kitchen equipment, pressure washers, jack hammers, and other miscellaneous items worth about $16,000.

Lake Ozark Police learned a possible suspect was located in Eldon, and a home was searched at 597 Bagnell Main.

Most of the stolen items were found, along with a motorcycle that was reported stolen from Morgan County. Police also found a .45 caliber handgun with the serial numbers filed off.

The Miller Co. Sheriff’s Department, Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force, Highway Patrol, and the Miller County Prosecutor’s Office helped with the investigation.
