Columbia man arrested for dragging woman through house by her ankles

A Columbia man was arrested Sunday after Columbia Police responded to a home in the 3400 block of Rangeline Street.

Officers determined a woman was pushed and dragged by her ankles through the house to the front door by 48-year-old Derek Adam.

The victim and Adam are in a relationship.

No injuries were reported in court documents. Adams was arrested for misdemeanor domestic assault with a bond of $1,000.
