Fulton teen arrested for intent to distribute marijuana

An 18-year-old in Fulton was arrested overnight after police found multiple bottles of alcohol and marijuana in his possession.

Officers said Kalob Kelly has marijuana packaged in individual wrapped baggies ready for distribution.

Kelly is being held in the Callaway County Jail on a $15,500 bond.
