Former MU football player arrested

A former MU football player has been arrested, charges are under review right now.

Lawrence Lee was arrested by University of Missouri Police for burglary and stealing.

Lee is a freshman. He was just kicked off the team last week.

MU police told ABC 17 News between Nov. 10 -11, Lee took a Sony laptop from someone’s room in South Residence Hall.

On Nov. 13, Lee reportedly broke into another a dorm room and stole a play-station 4, a Call of Duty game, and game controller.

On Tuesday police told ABC 17 News Lee stole an iphone six from the Mizzou Athletic training complex locker room.

Lee was arrested on two counts of burglary and one count of felony stealing.

Lee was a true freshman, one of five getting to play for the SEC East Champion Tigers this season.

Lee was a receiver who caught two passes for seven yards this year.
