Man accused of killing Audrain Co. woman appears in court
A Mexico man accused of killing his wife appeared in Audrain Co. court Tuesday afternoon.
Ricky Harding is charged with second degree murder, armed criminal action, domestic assault, unlawful possession of a firearm, and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Harding is accused in the shooting death of Summer Hickman in May.
In an October interview with ABC 17, Harding said he didn’t do it and it was an accident.
Harding is accused of swinging a phone at jail property in Mexico, and is charged with kicking a deputy.
