Police investigating strong armed robbery on MU campus

MU Police are investigating a strong-armed robbery that happened Thursday morning.

Police got a call between 9 and 9:30 a.m. for a robbery near University Heights, at 701 South Providence.

A male victim was attacked from behind and struck with an object, and cash was taken.

The suspect is described as a heavy set white man wearing a hoodie and between 5’10” and 6′ tall.
