Man arrested in connection to Columbia shooting
A man is now in custody in connection to a Columbia shooting.
Police said they arrested Carl Simon for shots fired in late October near Edenton Blvd. and Bodie Drive.
A passenger riding in the car that was shot knew the suspect as “Lil Carl,” who police identified as Simon.
Simon faces several charges, including unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.
