13 arrested following year-long drug investigation

Thirteen people were arrested Wednesday morning as a year-long drug investigation wrapped up in Macon and Randolph counties.

Multiple agencies participated in the round-up, including the North Missouri Drug Task Force, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Macon, Chariton, and Randolph County Sheriff’s Departments, Moberly Police, and Macon Police.

12 of the arrests were made in Macon County and one in Randolph County.

Those arrested are as follows:

Skyler Brown, 27, for 2 counts of distributing a controlled substance near schools and unlawful possession of a firearm; $100,000 cash only bond
Heather Clark, 32, for distributing a controlled substance near schools; $100,000 cash only bond
Fred Clark, 40, for 2 counts of distribution, manufacture, or production with intent to deliver a controlled substance; $100,000 cash only bond
James Collins, 58, for distributing a controlled substance near schools with a $100,000 cash only bond
Brandon Douglas, 35, for distributing a controlled substance near schools; $100,000 cash only bond
Michelle Llewellyn, 35, for 2 counts of distributing a controlled substance near schools; $100,000 cash only bond
Zachary Mitchell, 20, for 2 counts of distribution, manufacture, or production with intent to deliver; $45,000 cash only bond
Lacy Rockhold, 37, for distributing a controlled substance near schools, and distribution, manufacture, or production with intent to deliver; $100,000 cash only bond
Jamie Shannon, 20, for 2 counts of distribution, manufacture, or production with intent to deliver; $100,000 cash only bond
Stephanee Shott, 31, for distribution, manufacture, or production with intent to deliver; $45,000 cash only bond
Justin Tolson, 31, for 3 counts of distributing a controlled substance near schools
Mark Ridgway, 32, for 2 counts of distributing a controlled substance near schools, and distribution, manufacture, or production with intent to deliver; $100,000 cash only bond
