Man uninjured following early morning Boone Co. shooting
Boone County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating an early morning shooting in the 5500 block of Rocky Fork Drive.
A 46-year-old man was walking in the Clearview subdivision, north of Columbia, when he was shot at.
He was not hit, but was taken to an area hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The man told deputies a maroon colored car could have been involved in the shooting. Several shell casings were found at the scene.
