QUESTION OF THE DAY: Should schools still require students to wear masks?
More school districts in Mid-Missouri are making masks optional as coronavirus cases go down and vaccinations go up.
The Jefferson City School District said Thursday that it will end its mask requirements for the final two weeks of summer school starting June 21. JC Schools joins most of the other districts in the area in dropping the mandate.
Students below the middle school level are still too young to get the coronavirus vaccine, though.
