Man drowned on Rinquelin Trail Lake Sunday

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Missouri man died Sunday after drowning on Rinquelin Trail Lake in Maries County. Official reports said around 5:09 p.m 77-year-old Paul W. Becker fell overboard and didn't surface.

Jerome Frey was driving the boat at the time of the incident, and there was no damage to the boat.

The report said the boat was drifting when the drowning occurred

Becker was transported by Dixon ambulance to the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home.
