Tracking showers for Memorial Day

THIS MORNING: Clouds that rolled in yesterday will keep us warmer in the morning in the mid to upper 50s by sunrise. Some early sprinkles are possible, with more rain on the way later in the day.

TODAY: Temperatures will gradually warm into the low 70s today with light rain possible in the morning and more showers in the late afternoon. Dry time will be possible for some as rain remains scattered throughout the day.

EXTENDED: Low pressure will gradually slide by to our south to bring a chance for showers and storms on Tuesday and Wednesday. Rain lingers into Thursday before some dry time just before the weekend. Highs for the week will start out in the low 70s and gradually rise to the low 80s by Friday. After Friday we see more chances of rain next weekend but temperatures are expected to continue rising into the mid-80s.
