Man suffers life-threatening injuries after I-70 crash

A driver had to be cut of a vehicle after a serious car crash along I-70 westbound Tuesday morning. Witnesses say a Mercedes stalled on the highway around 9 a.m. near the Rangeline exit, and a Little Dixie Construction truck hit the Mercedes.

A total of three vehicles were involved, and all other drivers refused treatment.

Both westbound lanes were closed for approximately 45 minutes, and one lane of the eastbound side was temporarily blocked.
