Police investigate shooting in Marshall over the weekend

MARHSALL, Mo. (KMIZ)

Police have arrested two people following a shooting in Marshall early Sunday morning.

According to the Marshall Police Department, the shooting happened around 12:30 a.m. in the 100 block of S. Lafayette Ave.

Police said officers discovered one person had been shot and taken to Fitzgibbon Hospital for their injuries.

That person's name or condition weren't given out.

Anyone with information about this shooting is asked to call the Marshall Police Department.
