State legislator arrested for DWI

District 149 Missouri State Representative, Steve Hodges (D) was arrested around 1:20 a.m Thursday morning in Jefferson City.

Police tell ABC 17 News Hodges was arrested for DWI in the 100 block of West Dunklin.
