Shots fired at apartment on Lawnridge Court
Several shots were fired in or near an apartment on Lawnridge Court Sunday afternoon, according to Columbia police.
Investigators at the scene told ABC 17 News six to nine shots had been fired and they had found several shell casings in an apartment in the 2900 block.
No one was hurt in the incident, but police said they believed the gunplay came from a dispute between two groups of people there.
Police in tactical gear searched one apartment, removing evidence.
The only suspect descriptions available Sunday evening were that two young black males in different colored coats were seen running south.
