Armed suspect on the loose in Columbia

Police are searching around Columbia Square Apartments on Claudell Lane for a potentially dangerous suspect.

Columbia Police told ABC 17 News that the suspect was last seen knocking on a resident’s door with a gun.

Before this incident, police said the same suspect was wanted for trespassing earlier in the day.

Police are searching with their K-9 unit.
