Victim identified in deadly Sunrise Beach house fire

Authorities have released the name of a man killed in a Lake of the Ozarks house fire last week.

Sunrise Beach Fire Protection District officials say 51-year-old David Ratterree died in the fire on Nov. 14.

Ratterree’s house was completely destroyed by the fire, but firefighters were able to save neighboring structures from the flames.

Authorities say the fire is considered accidental, but an exact cause has not been determined due to extensive damage.
