Mizzou volleyball moves up to No. 4 in rankings

Mizzou Volleyball moved up to No. 4 in the AVCA poll on Monday, the highest ranking in program history. Missouri (31-0, 15-0 in SEC play) is coming off big road wins against No. 5 Florida and South Carolina over the weekend.

With three games left in the regular season, the Tigers are one of two undefeated teams left in the nation. They lead the nation in hitting and assists, while also ranking second in kills.

Outside hitter Lisa Henning also won SEC player of the week on Monday, her second such honor this season. Henning is coming off a .500 hitting performance against Florida.

Mizzou returns to the Hearnes Center Friday to take on Mississippi State. If the Tigers win that game, they would clinch an SEC title and a berth in the NCAA tournament.
