Three men arrested for vandalism around Fulton

Three Fulton men were arrested early Friday morning for a vandalism spree across the city.

Timothy McGrael and William Durst, both 17, and 23-year-old Nathaniel Weir were arrest on State Street Friday.

Callers reported three men in a white pickup truck had shattered a sedan’s windshield on Lynn Avenue earlier. Then calls came in about three men in a white pick up truck firing a pellet gun near 8th Street.

According to a news release, investigators determined the three men had set out to commit acts of vandalism and property damage across the city. They had also toppled a basketball hoop on Locust Avenue and had used the pellet gun to shootout out city streetlights in several locations.

Officers linked Durst and McGrael to other cases of property damage last month.

All three men were arrested and taken to the Callaway County Jail on various bond amounts.
