Tracking a sunny and breezy afternoon

TODAY: Rain and clouds will exit early in the morning to give way to a warmer day. Highs reach close to 70 by the afternoon with wind gusts up to 25 mph.

TOMORROW: Warmer temperatures continue as highs soar to the low 80s with high winds continuing. We stay clear with gusts increasing up to 30 mph.

EXTENDED: Highs will reach the 80s again for Tuesday, but count on temperatures dropping a couple of degrees as clouds move in throughout the day. We'll see our next chance for rain Tuesday evening through Thursday. Showers and storms will move through during the middle of the week but temperatures will hold onto the upper 60s and lower 70s. We could still hold onto small chances for rain by next weekend as temperatures warm back into the upper 70s.
