Rocheport woman arrested on suspicion of selling, possessing meth in Centralia

Centralia police arrested a Rocheport woman Sunday night on suspicion of possessing and selling methamphetamine.

Officers say by the time they arrested Michelle Poe, 30, she’d sold meth in Centralia, and had more of the drug with her.

Police told ABC 17 News that Poe had her two daughters, age 6 months and 1 year, with her at the time.

Officers arrested Poe on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, distributing a controlled substance, child endangerment and transporting a controlled substance with a minor.

Poe was taken to the Boone County Jail, and the children were released into the care of family members.
