Firefighters find man lost at Boone Co. park
Boone County firefighters helped find a man who called to say he was lost early Wednesday.
The man called from Pinnacles Park off Highway 63 near Sturgeon at around 2 a.m.
Using GPS to track the man’s cell phone, firefighters found him around 4:30 a.m. They said he was a little dehydrated but otherwise okay.
The park director said he thought everyone was out of the park by the nightly closing time.
