Three arrested for robbing Moberly teen at gunpoint
Three men were arrested for allegedly robbing a Moberly teenager at gunpoint.
Around midnight Sunday, an 18-year-old was walking near Emerson and Myra when three men approached him.
One of the men pointed a weapon at the victim and grabbed money from the victim. The suspects also took the victim’s cell phone before fleeing.
Police said the victim was not injured.
A passing vehicle witnessed the incident, took down the suspects’ license plate and notified police.
Police arrested 18-year-old Jordon M. Deskin, 19-year-old Austin R. Crose and 20-year-old Joshua A. Butcher.
The Randolph County prosecutor charged the three men with accessory to first-degree robbery and armed criminal action.
Their bonds have been set at $100,000 each.
